Vice Chairman
Rick Koziara
Rich Koziara is a proud military veteran who served as an Air Force air traffic controller and later as a U.S. Army field artillery officer. After retiring from military service, he continued to serve by teaching Junior ROTC in Springfield, Massachusetts. A first-generation American, Rich immigrated from Poland as a teen and earned degrees from Texas Lutheran University and Fitchburg State University. Now enjoying retirement on the golf course, Rich ensures our team stays mission-ready for community outreach and conservative action.

Secretary & Events Committee Chair
Lisa Rotte
Lisa Rotte is the organizational powerhouse behind our events and records. She coordinates everything from the Horry County Lincoln/Republican Dinner to training sessions and committee meetings. An Army wife and proud mom of an active-duty Army Ranger, Lisa is a longtime poll watcher trainer and Election Clerk for Horry County. Outside HCCA, you’ll find her serving others through her church, local animal shelter, or Meals on Wheels.

Treasurer

Les Koziara is our watchdog of the wallet, committed to transparency and precision. A retired financial officer for a Connecticut public school system, she brings decades of expertise to the role. As the wife of Vice Chairman Rich Koziara, she served in key volunteer roles during his military career and was honored with the prestigious Molly Pitcher Award by the U.S. Army 7th Corps for her contributions to the field artillery community.
